  • Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to legal transactions between Suvai and its customers in connection with the placement of orders via the website www.suvai.ch. Suvai provides the services offered on www.suvai.ch (hereinafter referred to as “Suvai Online Ordering Service”) exclusively based on these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&C”).

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these T&C without reservation.

Suvai may change these T&C at any time. The version of the T&C published on www.suvai.ch at the time of ordering is the applicable version.

2. Business Activity and Content of the Suvai Online Ordering Service

The Suvai Online Ordering Service is an online service for ordering food and beverages available at Suvai. This service is offered only for deliveries within Switzerland.

The Suvai Online Ordering Service represents an additional sales channel for the range of products offered by Suvai. Suvai reserves the right for the assortment on www.suvai.ch to differ from the assortment available through other sales channels. Restrictions on the online ordering service may apply at any time.

3. Orders and Delivery

Orders are placed online via www.suvai.ch. By placing an order, the customer makes a binding and final offer to purchase the selected products under the stated conditions. Suvai confirms acceptance of the order via email. Suvai may refuse delivery without giving a reason.

The minimum order value listed on www.suvai.ch for the respective delivery area applies. If this minimum order value is not reached by the ordered products, a surcharge equal to the difference between the price of the ordered products and the minimum order value will automatically be applied.

For the purpose of delivery, the customer’s address and phone number, as well as the order, will be collected.

The delivery address must be located in Switzerland.

All deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer.

Suvai strives to meet delivery times. The stated delivery time is always an approximate guideline. There is no guarantee that the stated delivery time can be met.
Suvai is not liable for late deliveries. Late delivery does not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim a full or partial refund.

If an order cannot be delivered or is only difficult to deliver for reasons beyond the responsibility of Suvai (e.g., incorrect delivery address, customer absence, etc.), Suvai may be released from the delivery obligation, unless the customer promptly provides the necessary information. The customer has no right to a re-delivery or compensation.

Due to short delivery times and the perishability of the products, orders cannot be changed or canceled, and delivered products cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Prices and Payment

The prices listed at the time of the order on www.suvai.ch or in the online shop apply. Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include delivery costs and VAT.

Payment can be made by debit card, credit card, or Twint on www.suvai.ch or in cash at the time of delivery. Payment on invoice is only possible if agreed in advance.

5. Age Restrictions

Sale of alcoholic beverages: beer, wine, and cider from age 16; spirits, aperitifs, and alcopops from age 18. By placing an order on www.suvai.ch, the customer confirms that they are at least 16 or 18 years old and legally allowed to purchase alcoholic beverages.

Upon delivery, Suvai may request identification if the order contains alcoholic products. If the customer cannot provide valid identification or does not meet the minimum age requirement, Suvai may refuse delivery of the respective products and cancel that part of the order. Any claims by the customer in this regard are excluded.

6. Customer Duty of Care

The customer agrees to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information about themselves and the delivery address in the order form. Suvai excludes liability for any losses or damages resulting from failure to comply with these obligations.

Suvai reserves the right to verify the provided information and to exclude individuals from the online ordering service if the T&C are not followed.

7. Availability and Changes to the Website

Although Suvai strives to ensure maximum availability of the website www.suvai.ch and the Suvai Online Ordering Service, availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Suvai reserves the right to temporarily or permanently change, interrupt, or discontinue the online ordering service with or without prior notice. Suvai is not liable to customers for changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of the service.

8. Links

The website www.suvai.ch may contain links to other external websites or sources. Suvai has no control over the availability or content of such websites or sources and therefore excludes all responsibility for them.

9. Warranty and Liability

The customer expressly agrees that use of the Suvai Online Ordering Service on www.suvai.ch is at their own risk. Suvai may use ingredients and additives that can cause allergies or intolerances. If you have allergies, we recommend contacting Suvai at +41 62 530 35 33 before placing an order to check for allergens.

Suvai is not liable for force majeure events, including telephone or internet outages, labor disputes, official actions, unforeseen transport or energy failures, pandemics, or other unavoidable events. This also applies if these events occur at a Suvai agent.

Suvai is generally not liable for late or incorrect deliveries.

10. Data Protection

Suvai informs customers that personal data is collected and processed for contract fulfillment and marketing purposes. By accepting these T&C, the customer consents to Suvai processing and using the collected data. Data processing is subject to the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
